Strategic Plan – Member Input Survey

Leisure Institute of Western Australia (LIWA) is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the direction of the organisation over the next 3–5 years. As a volunteer-led organisation supported by a 1.5 FTE resource, LIWA relies heavily on the generosity and involvement of our members, the wider industry, government partners, and commercial supporters and sponsors.

While we are committed to being aspirational and driving progress across the aquatic, recreation, and leisure sector, we must also ensure that our internal systems, processes, and capacity are sustainable and fit-for-purpose. Your input will help us shape a plan that is ambitious yet achievable, and grounded in the needs and priorities of the industry.

Thank you for taking the time to contribute.
