The Oklahoma Disability Law Center, Inc. (ODLC)

To best use limited resources, Congress requires that each protection and advocacy agency gathers advice from people with disabilities to establish "priorities." These priorities make up ODLC's work. This survey is part of the  process for giving input so that ODLC can develop its priorities.

* 1. ODLC's current priorities for case selection are:
  • Abuse and Neglect
  • Access to Community Supports
  • Access to Healthcare
  • Assistive Technology
  • Discharge Planning (Mental Health Facilities)
  • Discrimination Based on Disability
  • Education:
    • Abuse/Neglect/Restraint/Seclusion
    • Bullying/Harassment
    • Reduced School Day (less than 1/2 day)
    • Social Security Beneficiary Transition
    • Discharge from Inpatient Facility
  • Employment (Social Security Recipients)
  • Transportation
  • Voting Rights and Accessibility
Should ODLC continue working on these priorities/cases in Fiscal Year 2017?

* 2. If ODLC's resources do not allow the agency to continue with all current priorities/cases, which do you believe ODLC should keep?

* 3. Are there other priorities/cases you think ODLC should be addressing?

* 4. Do you think ODLC's work helps people with disabilities and their families?

* 5. What do you think are the strengths of ODLC?

* 6. What things does ODLC need to work on?
