Deerfield Housing Survey for Adults Age 55 Years and Older

Deerfield is moving forward with plans for affordable housing for adults 55 years and older, and we need your help! We need to know what YOU need to live comfortably in your community. Please answer this anonymous survey by no later than Saturday, July 30, 2022. 

This survey is for the residents of the Town of Deerfield who are age 55 years and older.  This confidential survey is being conducted by the Deerfield Senior Housing Ad Hoc Committee. Survey responses are being collected by the Franklin Regional Council of Governments.

1.Please enter the special "KEY" from your postcard address label.

Look for the KEY on the address label. The first four letters of your key are "DFLD" followed by a number. For example, your key might be, DFLD2022. Enter the full text and number, please.
2.Please provide your email address. We are collecting your email address only to limit 1 response per person and to email you a copy of the survey results. Your email address will be not be shared or published.
