ChatGPT use in social care - anonymous survey for people working in home care, care homes and community services

This survey has been designed by Dr Caroline Green at the Institute for Ethics in AI at the University of Oxford. Caroline is trying to get a sense whether and how ChatGPT and similar generative products are being used in the care sector.
