Community Partners Online Referral Survey

Legal Services of North Florida is in the process of enhancing our online intake tool to include a portal for referrals from community partners. This will allow those of you who want to refer clients directly to Legal Services to do that in real time. In some cases, if it’s a kind of case we cannot take, it will advise you of that immediately. It will also allow us to check conflicts before seeing confidential information that you might provide in a referral. As a part of setting up this enhancement, we will be creating categories of referring agencies. To make sure we have placed you, as a community partner, in the right category, please complete the very short survey below by July 29, 2022.
