ACC's mid-year meeting for advancing legal executives

ACC Xchange 2019 is designed for current and rising law department executives.* The meeting will feature advanced-level programming and interactive, collaborative sessions focused on sophisticated legal services management and professional development. 

ACC is seeking program proposals designed to help participants:

• Advance their legal operations function with regard to strategic planning, optimizing sourcing and staffing, leveraging cutting-edge technology and processes, and employing effective change management techniques.
• Cost-effectively achieve success across litigation portfolios with regard to risk management, strategic planning, and global practice management.
• Engage in Next Gen Contracting by 1) developing cutting-edge contract management systems through alignment with the enterprise, using AI-driven technology, and employing sophisticated staff management; and 2) tackling vexing agreements and provisions through in-depth discussions with subject matter experts. 
• Enhance leadership capabilities and business acumen to advance professionally and maximize impact as a legal executive.
• From small legal departments to build their peer network, benchmark performance, and discuss the challenges and opportunities they face due to limited resources.

ACC welcomes submissions on these and related topics of your choosing. 

*The target market for this conference is general counsel, deputy general counsel, chief counsel, practice area and legal operations leaders, and rising mid-career corporate counsel from all industries.
