Introduction

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. Between March and April 2020, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health (DPH) sent “Non-Opioid Approaches for Managing Chronic Pain: A Toolkit for Providers” to approximately 1,500 healthcare providers throughout the state. These toolkits were teal-colored folders that included a brochure about managing chronic pain and several one-page flyers about various pain management techniques that do not rely on opioid prescriptions.

The following survey was created to understand whether and how these materials were used and to gauge interest in these kinds of efforts to support health care providers. Inciter, an independent research company, is collecting and analyzing the survey data for DPH. Your answers are anonymous and only aggregate data will be shared.

Thank you for helping DPH reduce the harm caused by opioids. If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Holbert at Rachel@Inciter.io.
