Participation Guidelines.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

The Lubbock Arts Festival will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, 7PM-9PM; Saturday, April 15, 2023, 10AM-6PM, and Sunday, April 16, 2023, 12PM-5PM, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane. 

The theme of the 45th Annual Lubbock Arts Festival is  “The Beat Goes On!" – celebrating music in all its various forms. We will have a World Music stage, special concerts with different genres of music, strolling musicians and an instrument petting zoo. We encourage art activities with this theme.

Lubbock Arts Alliance will provide un-skirted tables and chairs in the Exhibit Hall for Demonstrating Artists.  Easels are available on a first come, first serve basis. Artist must provide their own materials and supplies.

Original, handmade artwork may be sold by artist. Please limit sale of your artwork to your table only. Free standing displays of artwork are NOT allowed this year. If you are interested we do have individual artist booths that can be rented for this purpose. You can find more information on zapplication.org. No commission will be charged by the Lubbock Arts Alliance. Artist must process their own sales and remit applicable sales tax. 

Demonstrating artists will receive a reserved parking pass, dinner on Friday, and lunch on Saturday. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the event in the hospitality room. 

We have limited access to water and a drain so please plan accordingly.  

24 hours security is provided. 

Deadline to apply is February 14, 2023.  After this date you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all pertinent show information.
