ASEE DELTA New Department Leaders Institute Application

Applications are now open for the June 2024, in-person DELTA New Department Leaders Institute.

Thank you for your interest in the DELTA New Department Leaders Institute, an online, instructor-led course designed to provide new department chairs with the knowledge and tools needed to positively launch and navigate this leadership role.

Deans are encouraged to nominate up to two chairs per institution. Applications should be submitted by the nominating Dean, with necessary information (e.g., CV, personal statement) provided by the applicant.

The application period for the June 2024 Institute will end on May 13, 2024 at 11:59 PM, ET. Applications received after that date will be considered for future offerings of the Institute.

Please note that, to maximize value and engagement, the DELTA New Department Leaders Institute has a limited capacity of 30 seats per Institute offering.
