Whomever your organization has designated to take the lead in regards to cultivating a culture and climate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. A person or team of persons who have their finger on the pulse of the organizational culture and climate and are in positions to make decisions.

The statements under each question are examples of how employees experiencing social-emotional balance in each of these areas would typically show up in their life, especially in the workplace. Given the complex nature of DEI and the interconnected nature of SECs, GCSCORED always provides an Immersion Experience in all 5 areas. However, this short questionnaire shows you where the biggest areas of social-emotional imbalance lie and where educating, equipping, and empowering are needed more urgently. Selecting only up to three (3) statements per question indicates that your employees would benefit greatly from training in this area.
