  • Who This List Will Honor: This list highlights individuals who are committed to doing what it takes to create opportunities for the underrepresented and underserved communities in the workforce solutions ecosystem. We are looking for people who have made a demonstrable influence.
  • How to Nominate Effectively: As a nominator, you will need to give examples of the nominee speaking out on diversity and how those conversations are changing attitudes. It would be best if we could see degree of impact and the repeatability/scalability of efforts made. The selection committee will be looking for: influence on the ecosystem, degree of impact, repeatability/scalability of efforts made, presence of a coherent methodology, level of innovation, and persistence — more credit goes to those who have been at this for a while as opposed to those who began this year. And too, end results will matter.
  • Eligibility: This list is open to individuals across the ecosystem: Those working for buyers of staffing services, staffing firms, VMS/ MSP/RPO providers, talent platforms and vendors to the industry can all be nominated. It does not matter what segment of the industry an individual is in. We will even consider people from outside the ecosystem as long as their nomination can demonstrate an outsized influence on the workforce solutions ecosystem.
  • Publication Timing: The list will appear in the May/June 2021 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine; profiles will be available online.
  • Deadline: Nominations will be accepted through March 5.
