The DEFINE Initiative, a private sector collaboration of three core proponents – PNGX, PNG Digital ICT Cluster and Unkapt, has designed and is implementing the 2022 DEFINE SKILLS Program.

The 2022 DEFINE SKILLS Program is supported by the Rapid Finance Facility, which is a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) under its ‘no one left behind in the digital era’ strategy.
