The Maine Immunization Program (MIP) is in the final stages of purchasing new digital data loggers for all of our enrolled provider locations. We are pleased to announce we will be going with the VFC 800-WiFi Data Logger with Smart Probe. We will be requiring that all providers transition to these data loggers, as they are cloud based which will allow MIP to have oversight of each facility to store state supplied vaccines.
Other features of these data loggers include:
- Audible and visual alarms.
- Text, phone and email notifications for out-of-range temperatures with the cloud service.
- Ability to acknowledge alarms from an app.
- Ability to calibrate without removing the device from service, simply replace the calibrated probe.
- Calibration for up to 3 years.
- Plug in power via USB cable to wall outlet with 2 AAA batteries providing backup power.
- Memory storage of 16,129 readings.
Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey (less than 3 minutes) to help us obtain the exact amount of data loggers we will need to order per site. Your response is greatly appreciated!
Do not include backup data loggers in your count!
