DDC Communal Cleaning - Tell us your views for the new Cleaning Contract

We are seeking your views about the current standard of cleaning you receive and what you would like see in the future as part of our preparations for tendering a new cleaning contract.

We want your views to shape the new contract, please let us know what you think by answering the questions below.

Entrances & Walkways - Sweep hard surfaced areas, remove and dispose of any litter/weeds etc. – twice weekly.
Floor areas and stairs – twice weekly sweeping and mopping
Skirtings Doors/Door & window frames, Ledges, Handrails, Wall lights, Pipework, Service boxes, Balustrades – weekly dust & damp wipe
Communal Glazing – clean monthly
Bin Area - Sweep hard standing area, remove and dispose of any litter/weeds etc. Place any loose items in rubbish bins. – twice weekly
Communal Bins – clean and disinfect bins – twice annually
