Thank you for your interest in nominating an individual, a youth, business or nonprofit for the Eden Prairie Human Rights Award for 2014. You may submit as many nominations as you wish. Please enter each nomination on a separate form. The deadline for nominations is March 10, 2015. The recipients will be selected in March and the award presented at a City Council meeting in April.
