Question Title

We are pleased to be in the second year of our Student Investment Account plan. With these funds, we have been able to increase our counseling, behavioral, special education, and graduation supports for our students. In addition, we have increased programming through the addition of a health teacher at the middle school and hopefully soon to be a Spanish teacher at the middle school. As we continue to strengthen our systems and programs in the Junction City School District, we want to hear from you about your child's needs in order to help us achieve our goals and to support you better. If you do not have a child in the district, we still value your input on how to make our schools better.

Our goals are:
1. K-12 staff build a solid foundation of social-emotional and mental health supports for students to be able to access their education in a more equitable manner.
2. All decisions and processes are filtered through an equity lens to ensure that each and every student is experiencing success in an inclusive environment.
3. Students who are in need of targeted instruction receive additional opportunities to raise academic achievement and experience success.
4. Students who are historically underserved have increased opportunities to graduate through receiving targeted transition supports starting in middle school.
5. Through the cycle of continuous improvement staff capacity will be increased in the areas of social-emotional, mental health, academic, and behavior support.
