Thank you for completing the orientation webinar! This short quiz (5-10 minutes) will test your knowledge of the DC Child Care Subsidy Program requirements. A passing score of at least 80 percent is required to complete the process to participate in the DC Child Care Subsidy Program.

Once you receive a passing score, email OSSE.Subsidy@dc.gov with the subject line: Subsidy Orientation Quiz Complete – [Name of Provider]. In the body of your email, include:
  • The Provider and Facility Name as listed in the Division of Early Learning Licensing Tool (DELLT)
  • Your name and telephone number
  • A statement confirming the date you passed the quiz
The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) will verify your passing score and send you the subsidy application, an instruction guide, and a list of required documents via email.
