Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety 
We all experience anxiety, yet for some of us anxiety is hindering our joy and functioning. In this 8-week CBT skills group you will learn about the mind-body connection that facilitates anxiety and how to induce calm. Discover your unique triggers to anxious cognitions and behaviors and practice more adaptive ways of thinking and responding.

Pursue Progress Not Perfection: A CBT Treatment for Perfectionism.
Maintaining Your Ambition in Balance with Wellness
Perfectionism is not as positive as it may sound. Perfectionist struggle with unrealistic standards, criticism of self and others, and procrastination. This 8-week skills group will define, teach and guide you in practicing the CBT tools to manage and minimize the clinical aspects of perfectionism while maintaining your drive to progress in life. Core skills include: diminishing the inner self-critic, self-compassion, building self-worth outside of achievement, tools for procrastination, and cognitive restructuring around rigid patterns in thoughts and behaviors.

Burnout Prevention
Rekindling a Sustainable Passion for Work
In a culture of extremes like the Bay Area it can be difficult to determine how much work is too much. In this 4-week skills group you will be able to identify the typical precursors and symptoms of burnout. Apply preventive tools as well as recover from current and past episodes of burnout. Lastly, learn how to assert and advocate for oneself in work cultures of chronic overwhelm and demand.
