2027 NCYGS Call for Sessions

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the American Horticultural Society's 2027 National Children and Youth Garden Symposium, taking place in St. Louis, MO from July 19-22, 2027. All session proposals must be submitted by January 3, 2027. Please note, this form must be completed in one sitting.

8.Do you authorize AHS to record, duplicate, and publish as a video or webinar any portion of their participation in the program, waiving any and all claims resulting from the recording, duplicating, and sales of the aforesaid?
9.If my attendance to the symposium relies on my workplace's financing, then I have discussed it with my workplace prior to submitting this proposal.
10.Will your session require computer projection?
11.I understand that if my presentation requires a laptop, I may need to provide my own laptop.

13.I understand that my session may have no more than three presenters and that all presenters must attend in person.

15.I understand that session presenters are responsible for their own symposium expenses, including registration (at a discounted rate) and travel. As a primary presenter, I will clarify this for any other presenters in my session.
