Professionals who are sanctioned as AFA Certified Dementia Care Partners must renew their credential every year by obtaining eight Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
AFA awards professionals one CEU for each Dementia Care Digest quiz that is successfully completed (i.e., with an 80 percent or higher).
