Purpose:
You are receiving this survey because you are helping to implement DC’s School-based Behavioral Health Expansion and have been invited to participate in the DC School Behavioral Health Community of Practice (DC CoP). The DC CoP is a collaborative space intended to build our capacity for delivering comprehensive school behavioral health systems. Our success in expanding school behavioral health relies on the actions of CoP members. As we plan next year’s activities, your feedback is critical to the success of the Expansion!
 
We would like to hear from you – regardless of whether or not you’ve participated in a DC CoP monthly meeting or learning space.
