Registration for Birthday Bag pick up (limit 30 registrants per month )

Pick up time: 10am-12pm CST
Pick up location: MARCH Inc. office, 2 S. Water St. Liberty, MO 64068 (off Square in Liberty). Located downstairs. The stairs can present a challenge, let us know if you need assistance. We are committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests.

One child per registration. Multiple children require multiple registrations.

5.Preferred cake flavor (check one)
6.Dietary restriction or allergies (e.g., gluten free, nuts, vegan)
