After 12 weeks of continued employment with AbleCare Homes you will be reimbursed the cost you paid for your DBS Certificate. You need to apply for this refund. You will not be reimbursed unless you have proof of the original payment made to AbleCare Homes.
 
Complete the form below at the end of your first 12 weeks of employment, payment will be made to you with your next pay.  We will not accept refund requests after you have passed your probationary period.

If you would like the DBS certificate to be portable and kept in date you will need to register within 14 days of receipt of issue, to do this please visit www.gov.uk/dbs. This registration lasts for one year and costs £13.00.
