Welcome to the 2026-27 renewal and recognition application!

All campuses must renew their EIM-OC registration to maintain an active status through December 31, 2027. There are two pages you will fill out (Standard Data Collection and Program-Specific Inquiry). At the end of renewal, you may apply for a recognition level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and must provide supporting documentation in one PDF document. This application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on February 13, 2026. Allow yourself 15-20 minutes to complete.
Campuses will be notified of their renewal and recognition status by April 13. We will hold a ceremony honoring all of our registered and recognized campuses at the ACSM Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah. Additional details for the event will be provided in April but you can click here to register for the meeting.
If the form is missing required information you will have to fill out an entire new form with the appropriate information.

Upon completion of the form you will receive a copy of your submission.
