US 401 Bypass (Pamalee Drive) - From Bragg Blvd to NC 210 (Murchison Road); Upgrade existing multi-lane facility with continuous center left turn lane to add raised center median with access management improvements. Include bicycle and pedestrian improvements and bus pullouts

Cliffdale Road - From Reilly Road to McPherson Church Road; Construct a concrete median with directional crossovers. Sidewalks.

Skibo Road - From Raeford Road to Bragg Blvd bridge; Incorporate a series intersection safety improvements

NC 210 (Murchison Road) - From Langdon Street to US 401 Bypass; Modernize roadway to multi-lanes and add sidewalks and bike lanes on both sides of the road or multi-use path.

Raeford Road - From Old Raeford Rd (by the new VA Hospital) to Robeson St; Widen roadway and add pedestrian improvements

Bragg Boulevard Improvements - From Skibo Road to Glenville Ave; add raised median, add pedestrian signals at major intersections and resurface

NC 24/NC 27 - From Moore County (near Cameron) line to NC 87 (near Linden Oaks); Widen to a 4 lane road with a multiuse path

Owen Drive - From Gillespie Street to the All American Freeway; Intersection safety improvements and improve traffic signal progression

Ramsey Street - From Country Club Road to I-295; Intersection safety improvements

Cliffdale Road - From McPherson Church to Morganton Rd; widen road and add sidewalks

Morganton Road - From Reilly Road to Hay Street; Redesign minor intersections to be roundabouts, adjust signal phasing/timing to address traffic safety and congestion.

Cliffdale Road - Extend the median to along Cliffdale Road.

Main Street (Hope Mills) - From Camden Road to the I-95 ramps; Redesign minor intersections along Main Street to be roundabouts

NC 210 (Lillington Highway) - From NC 24/87/210 (North Bragg Blvd) to Chapel Hill Rd; Upgrade 5-lane facility to add raised median, improve access from connecting roads, bicycle and pedestrian improvements and bus pullouts.

NC 210 (Murchison Road) - At Fayetteville State University and from Shaw Road to Rowan Street; Perform a road diet along Murchison Road to provide a 3-lane section near Fayetteville State University. Redesign minor intersections to be roundabouts

NC 24/NC 87 - From Nursery Rd to Manchester Rd; widen to 6 Lanes and add divided median. Include Paved Shoulders and 10 foot multiuse path

Raeford Road - From West of Hampton Oaks Dr to East of Fairway Dr; improve access from connecting roads

Russell Street - From Robeson St to I-94/US 301; Modernization to complete street with Sidewalks and Bike Lanes or multi-use path on both sides

Yadkin Road - From Yadkin Rd ACP (Yadkin Gate) to Lake Valley Dr (SR 3499) to to 4-lane divided (23' Raised Median) with Curb & Gutter, Bike Lanes, and Sidewalks. This shall take into consideration multi-modal travel.

NC 210 - From NC 24/NC 87 to US 401; Widen to 4 lanes and add divided median

NC 24/NC 87 - From NC 24 in Spout Springs to Nursery Rd; widen to 6 lanes with divided median, with Paved Shoulders and 10' multiuse path

Ramsey Street - From US 401 Bypass (Country Club Drive) to North of Slocomb Rd; widen road to multiple lanes

Ramsey Street - From NC 24 (Rowan St) to North of Slocumb Rd; widen to multiple lanes with pedestrian improvements.

Raeford Road - From Sylvan Rd to west of Broadfoot Ave; bike lanes

Fort Bragg Road - From Bragg Blvd to South of Cunningham St; bike lanes

Cumberland Road - From Hope Mills Road to Owen Drive; restripe the road to provide a 3-lane section and separated bike lanes.

Fort Bragg Road - From Broadfoot Avenue to Bragg Boulevard; restripe or widen the road to provide separated bike lanes. Provide a pedestrian refuge and hi-visibility crossing at Alma Easom Elementary School crossing.

Langdon Street - from Murchison Rd to Ramsey St; bike lanes

Skibo Road - along the rail spur on the west side of Skibo Road southward to Raeford Road and northward along Pamalee Drive to Murchison Road; Extend the multi-use path

Hay Street - From Hillsboro St to Ray Ave; bike lanes
