The Development Authority of Heard County is conducting a needs assessment as a part of a broadband initiative to expand or enhance internet and/or cellular service in Heard County. We need information from residents on their current service in order to determine which areas have no service or need service improvements.
Your last name, house number, road / street name, and zip code are REQUIRED in order for us to determine geographic areas where service is needed or is inadequate. You must complete these sections in order for your response to be valid. One only survey is allowed per household.
All information you provide will be tabulated by street and zip code to show potential service providers the market they can expect. No names or house numbers will be given to potential service providers.
The last page allows you to share general comments about your family's internet and cellular needs.
