On August 15, 2012, USCIS started accepting applications for consideration for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). This survey is being distributed by multiple organizations and is intended to gather information about DACA implementation from attorneys, accredited representatives, and others who have assisted an individual in completing a DACA request. If you have screened or filed a DACA-related case, please complete this survey about your experience.

The data collected here will be released on a rolling basis by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Immigration Council (AIC) and the Immigration Advocates Network (IAN). Only these three organizations will have access to the actual responses to the survey, and no identifying information will be released without consent from the individual providing it.

Thank you!
