Question Title

* 1. Thank you for your interest in nominating yourself or another as a member of a MN Community Measurement (MNCM) Measure Development Work Group. MNCM has successfully worked with the community as a neutral convener to develop and report measures that are aligned across the state and drive improvement in health.

Measure development work groups support the entire life cycle of a measure, from ideation to granular specification to pilot testing and implementation as well as possible measure revision or redesign. Meeting frequency and length of commitment for each work group will vary but be clearly communicated prior to or during recruitment.

To learn more about work group member expectations, please read this document: http://mncm.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Work-Group-Goals-Roles-Expectations.pdf (you'll need to cut and paste the link into your browser).

If you're submitting a nomination for a work group that is being actively recruited, a MNCM staff member will contact you in the near future. If you are submitting for an area of interest that is not being actively recruited, your nomination will be saved and you will be contacted in the future if a work group for that topic is convened.
