Building on the strong alignment from prior Wave Maker sessions, this forum is designed for employers ready to take the next step. Together, we’ll focus on practical, near-term strategies (6–12 months) that can be implemented in partnership with regional organizations to strengthen your workforce.

Through real examples and direct connections, you’ll explore creative approaches to hiring, internships, and apprenticeships—while gaining access to local programs, partners, and talent pipelines across Cape Cod.
