This first annual Kentucky English Learner Leadership Summit is a full day of connecting, collaborating, and learning designed for your district's English Learner (EL) program leaders. You are welcome to bring multiple team members to either session.
Topics for the day will include legal protections of ELs, enrollment and identification of ELs, Program Service Plans (PSPs) and language instruction educational program (LIEP) service models, ACCESS testing, ELs with disabilities, and the Lau plan and other federal requirements.
