This survey is prepared by Mary's Servants at Cana (MSAC), which is an initiative under Syro-Malabar Chicago Diocese to hear directly from our youth.

Purpose of the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to explore the attitudes, perceptions, and intentions of youth toward marriage. The findings will help guide programs, discussions, and support initiatives related to relationships and family life.

Voluntary Participation and Anonymity
Participation in this survey is voluntary and will take about 5–8 minutes to complete. Any personal identifying information will be collected only if you choose to provide it. The responses will be used solely to better understand and support the needs of youth in our church community.
