Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccine Survey

The Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment (PDPHE) is interested in learning your views about vaccinating your child/children with the MMR vaccine. The MMR vaccine protects people against measles, mumps, and rubella and prevents complications caused by these diseases, including deafness, meningitis, pneumonia, and brain damage. Your responses will help PDPHE determine the best way to promote MMR vaccinations for children in Pueblo County.
