Nestucca Valley School District - Spring Term

As our district prepares to offer a hybrid instructional model, we are asking parents to select what model of instruction (CDL or Hybrid) they would choose for each of their children. The selected model will be what the parents are committing each of their children to for the remainder of the 2021 school year. The state of Oregon requires districts to create stable cohorts of children. As a result, there cannot be movement from one model of instruction to the other when class lists are finalized. Please make your final instructional model selection for all of your NVSD registered children by filling out this survey form.

If you are hesitant to select a model, we encourage you to attend the Virtual Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, February 17 at 6:00pm, VIA ZOOM. The link to this meeting can be found on our district webpage and Facebook pages. During the town hall meeting, NVSD administration will review this information, provide insight related to what a typical day of hybrid instruction would look like, the safety protocols staff, and students, must adhere to within the buildings and much more.
