As part of the redesign of crisis services in Milwaukee, the County’s psychiatric emergency room (PCS) will be closing and will be replaced by a Mental Health Emergency Center that is a joint venture of the private health care systems and Milwaukee County.  This new model was presented at the April MHTF meeting.
