Nominations for President-Elect and Counselor
The Executive Board is the Society's governing body accountable to the membership for ISTM's strategy, finances and governance. Seats are filled by election of the membership, and this is the form for both: President-Elect and Counselor.
The Nominating Committee reads and discusses every application, then ranks candidates for each open position. The two highest-ranked candidates for each position go on the ballot, which reaches every eligible member at least three months before the Membership Assembly. Those elected take office at the close of that Membership Assembly.
Open this cycle: President-Elect (one seat) and Counselor (two seats).
What the Board needs this cycle
The Board will be in need of at least one nurse and the President-Elect must be from a continent other than Europe (per the bylaws).
