PA lawmakers should increase state support for K-12 education in order to reduce local property taxes and promote educational equity for all students regardless of the wealth of the school district in which they reside?

Therefore, public higher education tuition is about the highest in the country and PA students leave higher education with nearly the greatest debt in the nation. 
PA lawmakers should increase state support for public higher education institutions and for student grant programs in order to enable a reduction in public higher education tuition and an increase in need-based student aid.
