Preamble and Feedback Solicitation

The Council for the District of Clearwater created a Select Committee on Cemetery Operations to review and make recommendations on modernizing the District’s 1978 Cemetery Bylaw. This bylaw was inherited from the Clearwater Improvement District, and we would love to hear from you as we proceed with this important work.
 
The Committee started working on this project in January 2022 and has completed an initial in-depth review of the bylaw. Additional research into bylaws and policies in other jurisdictions have also been completed.  This is a short survey which should take few minutes to complete. The information gathered will be shared with the Committee, Council, and made publicly available. This information will also be used by the Committee to inform the development of recommendations to modernize the bylaw which will be forwarded to Council for consideration.
