Learner Survey Data Privacy Statement
Learner Survey data (Learner experience feedback) is collected on the basis of learners consent to participate in the feedback survey. Choosing NOT to consent does not affect learners participation in any programme or data collected by Cork College of FET.

Learner survey data is collected and processed by the Cork College of FET Learner Survey Unit (part of the FET Strategy Planning and Reporting Support Unit) using survey data analytics software. Learner Survey data is stored safely, accessed and retained solely by the Cork College of FET Learner Survey Unit, who in turn report on the aggregate anonymous data for the purposes of understanding learner experience, in Cork College of FET campuses and centres. It is not possible to identify any learner individually who completes the learner survey. Survey data is retained for no longer than seven years of collection and deleted thereafter.
