If you are currently leading a Huddle we would like you to assess the discipleship culture you are developing at least every six months.  This will help you and us keep a pulse on both your areas of strength and areas where you might benefit from intentional support or growth.

There are a few foundational pillars that set Huddle apart from other discipleship groups. Naturally, people will disciple others uniquely based on their individual gifting and personality. However, we do want to maintain a certain DNA that passes down through future generations of Huddles.  We’ve developed the acronym C.H.O.I.C.E.S. to help us all remember some of these main pillars.  Discipling like Jesus requires us to make very intentional “choices” about how we invest in the people God has given us.
