Provider Sustainability, Costs & System Pressures Survey

Hampshire Care Association (HCA) is gathering evidence from CQC-registered adult social care providers to help inform discussions with commissioners about fee setting and the sustainability of local care services.

We want to understand the pressures providers are facing, how these are affecting care and investment and the potential impact on Hampshire’s wider health and care system.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.

Responses will be anonymous, analysed collectively and used to inform discussions with commissioners and system partners.
