However, you will still need an updated physical if you make the team for regular season play. Does your athlete have a current physical? Yes, she had a physical last year (dated after April 15, 2019 and will be good through July 27). Yes, she had a physical this year (dated in the past few months/this summer and will be good until next year). No, at this time she does not have a physical on file Question Title * 6. Due to COVID19 safety procedures, daily health checks for athletes are required before any participation. This includes asking them a set of questions about how they are feeling, who they have been around, and taking their temperature.
