By checking the "Yes" box below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following notes:
Appointment of a proxy will not preclude me voting online at the virtual Meeting should I subsequently decide to do so. Should I submit a proxy and later decide to vote online at the virtual Meeting, you must withdraw your proxy by sending an email to kevin.spivak@thomsonreuters.com no later than September 26, 2021. Failure to withdraw your proxy will negate any voting online at the virtual Meeting.
To be effective, this electronic proxy must be completed prior to the Business meeting taking place on September 27, 2021.
I understand that the authority granted in this Proxy is limited to representing my membership to determine a quorum and voting or otherwise representing my membership with respect to those matters authorized in writing in the manner described above and any procedural matter relating to the meeting that may be brought to a vote at the meeting. The proxy holder shall have no authority to vote on or consent to any other matter.

If you want your proxy to vote in a certain way on the Resolutions specified, please click on the relevant boxes. If you select ‘Allow Proxy to Decide How to Cast Your Vote’ or fail to select any of the given options, your proxy can vote as he/she chooses or can decide not to vote at all. The proxy can also do this on any other resolution that is put to the meeting (including amendments to resolutions).
The ‘Vote Abstained’ option below is provided to enable you to abstain on any particular Resolution. However, it should be noted that a ‘Vote Abstained' is not a vote in law and will not be counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes ‘For’ and ‘Against’ a Resolution
