About the Survey:

A significant effort has been made to increase the availability of internet access and telehealth services in Australia during the past several years, particularly in remote areas of the Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia. The COVID-19 Pandemic has been a disruptor forcing clinicians and patients to embrace telehealth.

The following survey is intended to capture people’s experiences of internet access and telehealth across Australia, particularly with their experiences in the pandemic.

Simbani Integrated Research and the Asia Pacific College of Business and Law are keen to understand the barriers and enablers to telehealth uptake in various regions of Australia. This research is supported by the Cooperative Research Centre for developing Northern Australia (https://crcna.com.au/research/projects/developing-simplerobust-telehealth-system-remote-communities).
