Downtown Clean Team: The BID employs a "Clean Team" to keep the sidewalks and alleys clean, and the ADA ramps free of snow and ice. How would you rate the service?
Downtown Maintenance garbage removal, alley plowing and graffiti removal: The BID employs staff to remove garbage and recycling from the street. How would you rate their service?
Economic and Business Development: The BID serves as a resource for developers, commercial realtors and people seeking to do business Downtown. It also supports the Downtown Master Plan that focuses on land use and circulation and provides strategies in the areas of employment, housing, parking, retail and tourism.
Communication: The BID staff sends out bi-annual communications, and provides important resources and information on its website, as well as promoting properties for sale and/or lease.
