Rucksacks, Diaper Bags & Emotions
This workshop is a welcoming space for military moms to connect with one another and share in the realities of motherhood. Join us as we explore emotional changes, attachment, relationships, and feelings of isolation that can arise after having a baby, especially within military life. This is a relaxed, supportive environment where you can listen and share.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Come as you are, babies and all.

Fridays (April 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, & 12)

Babies 18 months and under are welcome in workshop - FREE childcare available at the Occasional Childcare room for older children. Register for childcare by program registration deadline, by calling the MFRC at 204-765-3000 x258-3352 – limited space.
