Due to the ongoing pandemic, Scripps College Academy will be holding information sessions for students on Zoom rather than in-person. These sessions will be one hour long and will discuss the SCA summer application process. Student Eligibility
Young women who are currently in the tenth grade and live in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire area are invited to apply. The SCA Scholars program seeks to serve students who demonstrate high levels of academic achievement and motivation, but may lack the resources in their home, school, or community to fully prepare for admission to top colleges and universities. Students are eligible to be considered for the SCA Scholars program if they meet ONE or more of the following criteria:
Qualify for free or reduced price lunch, or otherwise demonstrate financial need
Will be the first generation in their family to attend college
Attend a Title 1 school
