Powering Skills Organisation - 2025 Energy Workforce and Skills Survey

The 2025 Energy Workforce and Skills Survey is intended to identify key challenges, barriers, risks and opportunities related to building the skilled energy workforce required for Australia to reach Net Zero.

The insights you provide within this survey will inform Powering Skills Organisations (PSOs) 2025 Energy Sector Workforce Plan and help shape the activities, priorities and projects that PSO undertakes (including PSO's VET Workforce Blueprint Project).

Please be candid but constructive in your responses and ideas. PSO may contact you individually to further explore and discuss your responses.

It should take between 10 and 30 minutes to complete this survey. Once collected, all responses will be de-identified when published as part of our evidence gathering requirements.
