Creative Places Tuam (CPT) collects personal data to assess the needs of the Arts and Creative sector in Tuam. Basic information you provide may appear in a database maintained by CPT to inform our affiliates and associates about our activities and services. This includes information distributed via eBulletin and by email intended to help us to network, organise events, support and promote opportunities, collaboration and participation in the arts. CPT will retain personal data no longer than is necessary for this specified purpose.
CPT uses third party sites for monitoring, evaluation and dissemination. These include Survey Monkey, Facebook and Instagram.
The respondent has the right to be informed about how their personal data will be used. The right to access a copy of the personal data we hold and information on how we process it. The right to have incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected. The 'right to be forgotten' and have personal data delisted if they so request. The right to restrict how we process their personal data. The right to object to the processing of their personal data. The right to data portability.
The respondent will receive notice of any automated decision-making
('profiling') that may take place using the data and be given the option to 'Opt In'.
