Empower Her Mobility – Enhancing Inclusion & Skills in Sustainable Transport Project.
Flone Initiative in partnership the Women for the Green Transformation in Africa (WE4D) Programme, commissioned by the German Government and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is seeking medium-sized e-mobility companies (50–250 employees) to join the Empower Her Mobility project.
This initiative will strengthen your company’s capacity to attract, retain, and advance women professionals while creating a more gender-equitable and disability-inclusive workplace in Kenya’s fast-growing e-mobility sector.
Flone invites submissions from e-companies to receive technical support in their journey towards gender and disability responsiveness.
The support will include reviews and audit of soft infrastructure (internal policies, workplace culture and practices ) and a physical infrastructure audit ( facilities, amenities and vehicles).
Further technical and financial support will be offered to enhance the implementation of the audit findings and recommendations by the e-companies.

3.Training of Trainers (ToT) + sensitization of at least 70 staff
4.Support to implement priority interventions (co-financed with your company)

6. Recognition as a sector leader in inclusive e-mobility
