Workforce Health Pricing:
- $35 per flu vaccine
- If there are fewer than 25 participants at a site, there is an additional cost of a $100 per site fee, plus $75 per clinician per hour
- Additional fees may apply as outlined in the Flu Clinic Service Agreement
Note: Vaccinations are only available for individuals age 18 years and older
Workforce Health will coordinate the delivery of your flu vaccinations and tailor the clinic to meet your company’s needs. Our team members will administer the vaccines on-site at your location, bringing all supplies and privacy screens.
